This page will help you with knowing what you would like when placing an order. Read the options and descriptions then choose one among each lists of items. Your order can be placed with a phone call, an email, or text.
* (Bakers Note) Vanilla, Chocolate, and Red Velvet will be your traditional style or cake. Full, and rich in texture.
Sponge Cake is lighter and airy. Sponge comes in the traditonal flavors ex. (Vanilla, Chocolate, and Red Velvet) and is used when making "Swiss Rolls".
Non-Alcoholic:
Liqueurs:
* (Bakers Note) "Simple syrup" is what is commomly used when soaking a cake. Soaking serves to return/retain moisture, and add extra flavor to make good cakes even better. If you have a preferred soak please fill out in special request.
Buttercream:
* (Bakers Notes) Frostiong will hold the cake together and will be used to decorate. If choosing to add an "Edible Photo Creation" choose "American Buttercream" it will crust over and stay firm, this will keep the image from wrinkling.
* (Bakers Note) The sweet tangy flavor of jams/preserves pair well when choosing a rich frosting such as Swiss Buttercream or French Buttercream filling. To add preserves/jam fill out in special request.
Traditional:
* (Bakers Note) Filling is my favorite part of the cake because the possibilities are endless. Ex. Strawberry or chocolate whipped cream, raspberry jam/jelly many different versions to create.
At the bottom you are able to place a single order. If you would like to send multiple orders they can be placed with an email, or text. Two weeks’ notice (14 Days) is requested to ensure quality service. On the scheduled due date my husband will gladly deliver to your chosen location.
